It seems so new, yet this type of fitness has been around for over 150 years. How do we explain it? Many people strength train with weights while others do cardio or aerobics – somewhere in between is our group coaching, the new concept offered by Body Temple Fitness. Get the benefits of both. Your body will get stronger, your cardiovascular fitness will improve and you will burn calories and watch your body change.

This new concept is set-up in a group class environment with certified instructors using tools including kettlebells, suspension training, medicine balls and even giant ropes. It may seem intimidating at first and there is some skill involved, but anybody can learn to use these effective exercise tools and Body Temple Fitness will teach you how.
